The Works (Full-Service) package is our most comprehensive solution for your workplace. We'll take care of everything so that you can focus on what's important in your day.
You'll have peace of mind knowing that your coffee hub will always be clean, freshly stocked and ready to deliver a delicious cup of Map coffee.
Our D.I.Y (Self-Fill) solution is designed for Customers who choose to take on the refilling and cleaning of the coffee machine themselves.
Our experienced Sales team will assist you in choosing the best machine for your needs. From small meeting rooms to busy staff floors and everything in between, we have a solution for every need.

COFFEE & ACCESSORIES
We will deliver and refill all of the products required for the machines including Coffee Beans, Powdered Milk, Hot Chocolate, Flavoured Lattes (Hazelnut or Chai), Sugar, Stirrers and Ceramic Cups. In addition, Map Coffee can also provide a range of Instant Coffee and Tea products for your staff.
We will provide a one-stop-shop for all of the consumables required for the machines including Coffee Beans, Powdered Milk, Hot Chocolate, Flavoured Lattes (Hazelnut or Chai), Sugar, Stirrers, as well as Paper and Ceramic Cups. In addition, Map Coffee can also provide a range of Instant Coffee and Tea products for your staff.
MAINTENANCE
Map Coffee will provide routine preventative maintenance.

SUPPORT
With The Works (Full-Service) package you can rest assured knowing any requests relating to breakdowns will be responded to within 4 hours** and if we cannot repair the coffee machine, we will replace it within 24 hours (in most cases the same business day).
With The D.I.Y (Self-Fill) package you’ll have peace of mind knowing that you can call our 1800 239 438 for assistance. Our friendly Customer Service Team will attempt to resolve any issues with you over the phone, however if this fails we will instantly log a request for service with one of our technicians.
